The Nebraska Prevention Information Reporting System (NPIRS) is an internet based application designed to collect and report prevention programmatic activity in the State of Nebraska.
NPIRS collects community, regional and state level data from recipients of federal and state prevention funds administered by Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services Division of Behavioral Health.
New User's will need to register with the State of Nebraska Enterprise Registration System. The user will create a username, password and security questions to reset the password if needed.
Please use "First Time User" button to register with the State of Nebraska. User will be directed to the Nebraska Enterprise Self Registration site.

Such monitoring may result in the acquisition, recording and analysis of all data being communicated, transmitted, processed or stored in this system by a user.

If monitoring reveals possible evidence of criminal activity, such evidence may be provided to Law Enforcement Personnel.
